DESCRIPTION:**THIS HUGE CAR MEET IS A FOOD DRIVE FOR CHARITY!**\nWith the support of The Salvation Army Hamilton\, you\, me\, and hundreds of others will be donating crucial food supplies to our fellow Kiwis living in POVERTY\, going without basic necessities right now.\nOur last food drive gathered a crazy 1050kg of food\, and we want to beat that milestone with this event!\n–\nTO ENTER THIS CAR MEET:\nAll you need to do is bring a decent can of food\, a bag of dry rice\, dry pasta\, or other non-perishable food.\nThat even stretches to toiletries for adults or babies\, and toys for young kids.\nThere are fellow New Zealanders out there seriously struggling to make ends meet. It’s still a growing trend in NZ\, so let’s try to do something about it.\n–\nWHO CAN ENTER?\nWe welcome cool cars from all backgrounds – JDM\, USA\, Euro\, new\, old\, ancient\, stock\, modified etc. If car enthusiasts will get a kick out of seeing your car\, bring it along!\nSpectators are free – but please consider bringing food along to donate.\n–\nBOWDEN’S OWN SHOW AND SHINE\nThere will be a Show and Shine sponsored by the legends at Bowden’s Own\, with $500 worth of prizes up for grabs! Any car that comes along is entered\, as we find finalists through photos after the event.\nWe run this on our @rotationals Instagram story\, with voting polls to find the winners going up a couple of days after the event. Find us on there and take part!\n–\nWHAT ELSE?\nDJs: We’ll have the @Select_FM team on the decks\, playing a wide range of tunes.\nFood & drinks: There will be various options for food and drinks!\nToilets & bins: Located at the venue of course.\nVenue: Innes Common is a beautiful lakeside venue in Hamilton with great facilities\, lots of shade\, and even playgrounds nearby for the kids – it’s a great place to be.\nIf you’d like to support us and what we do\, you can grab our stickers and t-shirts at the event – it makes this all possible; it ain’t cheap to run!\nSo grab your mates\, grab your family\, and come over to Innes Common Domain\, Hamilton\, on Sunday 30th of November\, because this is a Rotationals X Downtime Entertainment meet you won’t want to miss!\n–\nLOCATION / TIMING\nLocation: Innes Common Domain\, Hamilton – a map will be posted to the event discussion page near the date.\nDate: Sunday 30th November\, 2025\nTime: 11am to 3pm\nCar Entry: Bring any car that someone with an interest in cars would enjoy.
